1. Services

We offer residential and commercial junk removal services, including but not limited to furniture removal, appliance hauling, yard waste removal, and general cleanouts. Services are subject to availability and may vary based on location and job scope.

2. Pricing and Payments

All pricing is subject to change and will be confirmed at the time of scheduling. Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other approved forms of payment.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.

4. Property Access and Customer Responsibility

Customers must provide safe and reasonable access to the items scheduled for removal. We are not responsible for damage resulting from unsafe or inaccessible conditions. Customers must ensure that items for removal are free of hazardous materials unless prior arrangements have been made.

5. Acceptable Materials

We do not accept hazardous waste, flammable substances, certain electronics, chemicals, or any material restricted by Arizona or federal law. If uncertain, please contact us before your appointment.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our liability, if any, will be limited to the amount paid for the services rendered.

7. Service Area

Our services are available in Tucson, AZ and surrounding areas, such as Oro Valley, Marana, Vail and Pima County broadly. Additional fees may apply for locations outside our standard service zone.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page and effective immediately upon posting.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Pima County, Arizona.
