
Refund Policy

At Joe's Junk Removal LLC, customer satisfaction is important to us. We strive to provide reliable and professional junk removal services. Please review our refund policy below:
1. No Refunds After Service Completion
Once junk removal services have been completed and payment has been processed, all sales are final. Due to the nature of the service—immediate labor, transportation, and disposal—refunds cannot be issued after the work has been completed and the debris has been removed.
2. Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require at least 24 hours' notice.

Cancellations with 24+ hours' notice: No charge and any prepaid amount will be refunded in full.

Cancellations within 24 hours of appointment time: May be subject to a cancellation fee up to $50.
3. Service Concerns or Disputes
If you are dissatisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 48 hours of the job’s completion. We will review the issue and, at our sole discretion, may offer a partial refund, credit, or corrective service where appropriate.
4. Deposits
Some jobs may require a deposit due to size or complexity. Deposits are non-refundable if the job is canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time.
5. Unauthorized Charges
If you believe there has been a billing error or unauthorized charge, please notify us immediately at 520-999-0668 or joesjunkremoval520@gmail.com, and we will investigate the issue promptly.
